Irving discusses how the NSI will enable the development of a highly skilled national workforce to help deliver the Australian government's Naval Shipbuilding Enterprise, and how the NSI is establishing frameworks to ensure young men and women coming through the ranks are provided with the best possible education to set them up for endless job opportunities within the shipbuilding industry
