Day 1 of the workshop will cover various tactical and application applied strategies in Supply Chain management capabilities and getting the best tender outcomes using the Military approach so a faster, smarter Supply Chain Purchasing steps can be employed to get the best outcomes. This will be followed by workable examples that SCM can use to control and manage suppliers.
Day 2 of the workshop will cover recovery and employment of tactics to be used after lessons learned are applied from past Supply Chain related activity then applied to measure and neutralise Supply Chain Risks, which are associated with strategic sourcing, supplier breakdowns and transportation route risks. The end aim of the workshop will be to provide solutions to deal with all the critical dependencies of a Supply Chain so that a suitable capability response can be planned, implemented and executed.
