It also visits the five constituent capabilities and details how these elements can assist ILS personnel in their everyday working environment. It provides theory and tailored practical training to enable personnel, wherever located in the ILS chain, with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills that will enable them to work in a collaborative ILS and engineering environment Throughout the course the Experienced instructors will bring to life the theoretical knowledge with real world examples to ensure students can apply the knowledge to their individual workplace. While the course is tailored for the Defence Capability Life-Cycle, the facilitators endeavour to relate the material to the wider Australian civil industries.
