Nova Systems placed ninth in the 2023 WRK+ Best Places to Work study, its best ever result.

The company has been consistently named in the WRK+ Best Places to Work top 20 but achieved its best ever result recently having placed ninth.
Nova Systems was founded two decades ago and now employs more than 850 people globally.
Shelley Willsmore, chief people officer, explained that investing in the company’s employees is a core focus for Nova.
“Nova is a company that truly values and invests in our people. Part of our strategy is to make our people our point of difference. We have a highly skilled and talented workforce who genuinely care for one another,” Willsmore said.
“This ranking is testament to our employees who go out of their way to support each other and give their best each day. From our origins 23 years ago, Nova has always strived to provide a positive culture and supportive work environment which enables our people to thrive both professionally and personally.
“We believe this is key in enabling our people to fully leverage their talents and bring their unique perspectives to deliver smart solutions for our clients.”
To Willsmore, the company has intimately listened to employee feedback to create fulfilling careers.
“While Nova has rapidly grown, it’s been a priority to maintain the positive culture that the company is synonymous for. We are continuously engaging with our people and looking to implement contemporary inclusions and benefits,” the chief people officer explained.
