Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) has signed a total contract value of AU$342,540 (including GST), of which $112,200 is for annual recurring licensing revenue (ARR) across an initial 100 users, with the ability to purchase additional licences during the contract period.
Daniel Lai, archTIS managing director, said: “ANI is an important win for archTIS. Their selection of Kojensi validates the value it offers to quickly deploy a secure platform for sensitive information exchange.
The contract term runs until 30 October 2026 and can be terminated only in the first 30 days (by either party through written notice), after which time it cannot be terminated.
ANI is a government business enterprise. ANI’s joint shareholders are the minister for finance and the minister for defence. ANI’s primary objective is to support the Commonwealth’s continuous naval shipbuilding program by being the owner, developer, and manager of infrastructure and related facilities. ANI is also tasked with providing access and efficiently and effectively managing the infrastructure to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to delivery of all aspects of the shipbuilding program.
“It is another milestone in our continued drive to make Kojensi the preferred platform for the secure sharing and collaboration of classified information between partners across Defence and the supply chain,” Lai added.
ANI has focused on fulfilling these functions through the expansion and modernisation of the Osborne Naval Shipyard into a world-class shipbuilding precinct, and the continued operation and maintenance of common use infrastructure.
