Managing Schedule Risk (MSR) Course
The MSR Course will teach you how to apply a simple yet effective thought model to identify root causes that drive schedule overruns of projects. You’ll work through exercises based on real-world risks and issues and you’ll learn how to incorporate these risks, issues and estimation uncertainty into your schedule. The two-day virtual course covers scheduling best practices and how to use Monte Carlo simulation to assess the probability or confidence of meeting major milestone dates.
The course is taught by two highly experienced instructors who enjoy teaching this course and who consistently earn praise from students for their enthusiastic delivery, clear explanations and welcoming attitudes.
