Under the Victorian government's Boost Your Business Program, defence, aerospace and security vouchers are now available to local companies looking to adopt new or improved capability, business models and business processes to develop and commercialise new products and advanced manufacturing processes.
Eligible companies can apply for three voucher types; market engagement, which includes funding for marketing and branding strategy for the international market; innovation, which looks at intellectual property, process innovation and product development; and business capability, which will offer guidance for tender processes, business transformation and systems improvements.
Recipients are eligible for up to two vouchers under the program.
Eligible applicants must already be engaged in a defence, aerospace or security supply chain or be able to demonstrate a genuine intent to enter a defence or security supply chain.
Applications to Trade Victoria close on 13 July.
