Around 80 Australian Defence Force officers and Australian Public Service and Foreign officers have toured Supashock’s Edinburgh, South Australia headquarters as part of their one-year postgraduate course.

The visit allowed the future ADF leaders to develop a deeper understanding of the nature of the defence industry and its capabilities, assisting with the integration of the industry as a fundamental input to capability.
Supashock managing director Oscar Fiorinotto said he was honoured to meet the ADF personnel.
“It has been a privilege to host members of the Australian Command and Staff College (Joint) (ACSC(J)) and demonstrate how Supashock's capabilities are currently supporting the ADF members in the demanding environments within which they operate,” Fiorinotto said.
“I recognise what a demanding military academic course the ACSC (J) is, and the team at Supashock look forward to continuing to support the ADF by providing innovative solutions that improve safety and survivability."
Supashock offers advanced motion technology for defence vehicles and military applications.
The ASCS has been running since 2001 following the amalgamation of the three single services colleges into purpose-built facilities around the country. The course is a year-long, full-time postgraduate level course held on-campus for a maximum of 180 full-time Defence Course Members.
The course aims to produce officers who can "fulfil command and staff appointments, at the O4-O6 level, in single-service, joint, multi-national and interagency environments".
