Northrop Grumman is seeking potential subcontractors to satisfy Australian industry capability (AIC) requirements of the Chief Information Officer Group’s request for tender (RFT) 0512, to provide a scalable solution for a core intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) data integration system for JP 2096 Phase 1.
The AIC work in the RFT includes:
- Data architecture;
- Networking;
- ISR systems engineering;
- ISR systems integration;
- Test;
- Software maintenance support;
- ILS;
- Integration and operational support;
- Development and delivery of training packages;
- Level two and three help desk;
- Data persistence; and
- ISR analytic tools.
The JP 2096 Phase 1 project is a multi-phased program that will enable and support operations of military and intelligence force elements and organisations. JP 2096 Phase 1 will provide infrastructure and functionality to the Defence Secret Network (DSN) to create a unified dataset that enables users to discover, access, analyse, manipulate and publish ISR information and intelligence in a timely manner, regardless of location, organisation, activity or information source.
JP 2096 Phase 1 will deliver this functionality by providing the infrastructure on the DSN and Deployed DSN to store, manage and process large volumes of ISR information and intelligence.
Northrop Grumman is requesting a response no later than 13 April 2017 from Australian companies that have the above capabilities, preferably including a short capability summary or product specification.
