archTIS and Nucleus Cyber have onboarded five new key players including Carahsoft Technology Corp, Hawk Associates, IMPRES Technology, and TechSolnz to the new US Federal channel partnership project.
Steve Ridgeway, executive vice president of IMPRES Technology Solutions says their NC Protect solution would be an asset to Nucleus Cyber.
“NC Protect allows us to support secure collaboration in the Microsoft O365 and Teams environments with NC Protect’s granular attribute-based access, sharing and data protection policies,” Ridgeway said.
“This also allows us to address our customers’ requirements for CMMC Level 3, handling of CUI/FCI, and the three critical capability domains: access control, audit and accountability, and systems and information integrity, as well as ensuring data loss prevention and other governance factors.”
The partnership is designed to assist Defense Industry Base (DIB) contractors and subcontractors who need to improve and further develop their cyber security maturity via the US DoD’s CMMC initiative.
With the rise of a worldwide remote workforce courtesy of COVID-19, archTIS global COO and US president Kurt Mueffelmann said that CMMC is a ‘must-have’ for all private contractors in the DIB industry supplying the US DoD.
“With the migration to the cloud, BYOD – there truly is no perimeter anymore,” he said.
With file access and sharing becoming key components of remote-based work, archTIS offers NC Protect protects sensitive and classified content across Microsoft 365 apps, Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares.
“Now more than ever, DIB needs a seamless way to proactively secure access, usage and collaboration of FUI and CUI to meet CMMC standards, archTIS ABAC based solutions offer just that,” Mueffelmann added.
archTIS’s portfolio of solutions protect against insider threats and ensure secure collaboration of sensitive, classified and top-secret content. Kojensi, in particular, is an archTIS product that is a multi-government certified platform for the secure access, sharing and collaboration of sensitive, classified and top secret information.
CORRECTION: archTIS has not been employed by the US DoD but has onboarded channel partners, which in effect, would assist organisations in the US DoD's supply chain.
