ADF Reserves Events: Making an Impact have been announced to be held in Sydney and Canberra next month.

The events, hosted by ADF Reserves and Employer Support, will hear ADF Reservists contributing to ADF Operations, network and recognise Reserve Forces Day.
The first event will be held at the Anzac Memorial Auditorium at 126 Elizabeth Street in Sydney on Thursday, 4 July. The event includes networking, morning tea, guest speakers and Last Post Ceremony.
“This event seeks to acknowledge more than 1.25 million people who have served in Australia’s Defence Reserves, the significant contribution of ADF Reservists and the ongoing support of their civilian employers,” according to a statement from ADF Reserves and Employer Support.
“ADF Reserves and Employer Support will host the event at Anzac Memorial, Hyde Park with invitations extended to reservists, their employers, Defence industry representatives and guests,” according to ADF Reserves and Employer Support.
“We are honoured to have Colonel Nick De Bont as our guest speaker. The event will conclude with the participation of attendees at the 1100h Service of Remembrance.”
Dress code is business corporate and Navy W3, Army 1C, Air Force SD1 (with ribbons).
A separate event, the ADF Reserves Event: Making an Impact – Canberra, will be hosted from 9am to 11am on Friday, 5 July at Duntroon House Campbell.
